When you claim a date, we collect your name, email, and payment info (securely handled by Stripe). We also store your personalized message, if you choose to add one. That’s it.

2. Cookies (the digital kind)

We use cookies to keep the site running smoothly and remember your preferences. Sadly, these cookies are not edible.

3. Who sees your info

Only us, Stripe, and maybe the Time Gods if they’re watching. We never sell, rent, or trade your data — not even for rare calendar dates.

4. Your rights

You can contact us anytime to view, update, or delete your info. Just email us at support@ownthedate.com.

5. Security

Your data is protected with encryption, firewalls, and a healthy dose of paranoia.
